This is what we'll soon be eating:
Our zucchini starts popped up this week, and they are suddenly getting very big, and our little radishes are still pretty little, but they are all up, and probably up to something under the soil.
Our strawberries are up to something too. So far we've had a few little baby-sized strawberries, but hopefully with warmer weather days, well get some bigger ones. Here is what we're eating while we wait for the garden to grow:
{Dinner: Caprese salad with California grown tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil and blood orange balsamic}
{Breakfast: poached egg over avocado on a wheat bagel}
{Dinner: Grass fed flat iron steak fajitas with onions, potatoes, avocado and cheese}
{Breakfast: Homemade granola with lots of toasted coconut}
{Dinner: Paperdalle with sauteed portobello and chanterelle mushrooms}
