All these lemons

What are we doing with all these lemons? We're making preserved lemons! Lots of sea salt and meyer lemons, and a few weeks of waiting, but then we're going to have lots of preserved lemons, instead of boring plain fresh backyard lemons.


What are we going to do with all these preserved lemons? WHO KNOWS! We're just going to figure that out when we get there. I am imagining they will be good with grilled meats, and grilled pizzas, and some other things I'm sure.
